Overview

Learning is more fun with friends!

You can add other users on the platform to your list of friends. Adding users to your friend circle makes it easier to communicate with your peers and share information.

To view which users are currently a part of your friend's circle:
  1. Click Users from the primary navigation menu.
  2. Click My circle from the fly-out menu.
  3. Click Friends.

To send a message to friends, select them and then click Message.

To remove friends, select them and then click Remove.

To find users, click the search icon.

To add a new filter or select one of your saved filters, click on Filter icon.

To create a new filter,
  1. Click New filter.
  2. Select an attribute such as name, group, city or other account details.
  3. Select equals, contains, in or not in.
  4. Enter a value.
  5. Click the + icon.

Adding Friends

To add a friend, visit the user's profile page and then click Add friend.

When someone requests you as a friend, you receive a notification message.

To accept or ignore friend requests, click the link in the message.

Then click Accept or Ignore for each request.
You can also view the user’s profile before accepting/ignoring their request by clicking See profile

The friend request will also be displayed in your To-do widget in the right panel of the home dashboard.
