Overview

For security reasons every user has a User ID (3+ characters) and a Password. 

Change password

Depending on the setup of your platform, you may be able to change your password through your profile page. To change your password:

1. Click your profile picture in the upper right corner.
   
2. Click Edit.
   

1. Click Password.
   

1. Enter and confirm the new password.
   
1. Please note that any password requirements will be displayed in parentheses next to the New password heading. Additional details below.

Forgot my password

1. Click Forgot password? on the Login pop-up.
   
2. Enter your email address.
   
3. Click Send password instructions.
   

1. You will receive an email with a reset link. Click the link.
   
1. The link will be valid for 15 minutes.
2. Enter and confirm your new password.
   

Password requirements

The password requirements vary based on the setup of your platform. To view password requirements when signing up through the visitor portal:

1. Click Sign up on the visitor portal header.
   
2. Click the info  tooltip icon to view the password requirements for the platform. 
   

The following password requirements may display:

1. 5 or more chars.
   
2. 8 or more chars, at least 1 digit, 1 uppercase letter, and 1 of !,@,#,$,%,^,&, or *:
   
1. Only one special character can be used for this password requirement.
3. 8 or more chars, but less than 32, at least 1 digit, 1 uppercase letter, at least 1 lowercase letter, and at least one !,@,#,$,%,^,&, or *: 
   
1. More than one special character can be used for this password requirement.
   
4. 8 or more chars, at least 1 digit, 1 uppercase letter, at least 1 lowercase letter.
   
1. No special characters can be included with this password requirement.
