OneDrive

Overview

The platform includes an integration with OneDrive that allows users to import files directly from OneDrive. The integration supports both OneDrive and OneDrive for Business.

OneDrive

Admins must install OneDrive from the App center before it can be used. To install the OneDrive app, administrators:

  1. Click Admin from the primary navigation menu.
  2. Click App center from the fly-out menu.
  3. Install the OneDrive app from the Storage section of the App center.

To access OneDrive:

  1. Click your profile.
  2. Click Settings from the secondary Profile menu.
  3. Select OneDrive

You will be prompted for your Microsoft 365 email and password.

After entering your credentials, you will be asked to grant the platform permission to access your OneDrive account.
  1. If you confirm, you will return to the settings page and OneDrive will be enabled for your account.

Once your OneDrive account has been integrated, you can add files from OneDrive anywhere on the site where file upload is possible.

To disable OneDrive for your account, uncheck OneDrive.

OneDrive for Business

In order to use the integration with OneDrive for Business, you must have a Microsoft 365 account. 

Admins must install OneDrive for Business from the App center before it can be used. To install the OneDrive for Business app, administrators:
  1. Click Admin from the primary navigation menu.
  2. Click App center from the fly-out menu.
  3. Install the OneDrive for Business app from the Storage section of the App center.

To access OneDrive for Business:

  1. Click your profile.
  2. Click Settings from the secondary Profile menu.
  3. Select OneDrive for Business
